Cookies, kept to
a minimum.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not follow you across the web. The one optional category, Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, loads only after you allow it. This page lists every cookie and similar storage we use, in plain words, and explains how to change your choice.

Very few cookies, and nothing that watches you.
bluelink.ws is a company website, not an advertising platform. It needs almost nothing stored on your device to work, and it asks before loading the one third-party service that does set cookies. Everything below is the detail behind these three facts.
What cookies and similar storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps a small value on your device without sending it back automatically. Both are used to remember something between pages or visits, and the same rules apply to both, so this policy covers them together.
First-party storage is set by this website, bluelink.ws. Third-party storage is set by another organisation whose content or service appears on the page; on this site that is only Google, through reCAPTCHA on the contact form.
How we use them
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and remember the choices you make on it: the answer you give in the cookie banner, and whether you pressed the “Pause motion” button in the footer. They are all first party, hold no personal data, and are never used to identify or follow you. The administration area of the site, which only BlueLink staff can sign in to, keeps staff signed in with a session cookie; visitors never receive it. Strictly necessary storage does not need your consent, and the banner shows it as always on.
Human verification (Google reCAPTCHA)
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, the “I’m not a robot” check, so that the inquiries reaching our team are written by people. When it loads, Google’s script runs on the page and Google sets its own cookies, which Google uses to tell humans from automated traffic. Because these are a third party’s cookies set for its own purposes, we ask for your consent first. Until you give it, the contact page shows an explanation in place of the check, and you can still reach us by e-mail at info@bluelink.ws.
Every cookie and stored value, by name
This is the complete list as of the date at the top of this page. If a new one is ever added, this list and the banner change first.
Strictly necessary
Human verification (Google reCAPTCHA), with your consent
When reCAPTCHA loads, Google may also read cookies that already exist for google.com in your browser, for example because you are signed in to a Google account. How Google handles that data is described in Google’s privacy policy and terms of service. Google LLC is based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards Google describes there.
What we do not do
- No analytics cookies. To know which pages are read, the site sends our own server the address of the page and the site that linked to it, nothing else. No cookie is set, no IP address or device detail is stored, and visits that look automated are ignored. There is no way to tell one visitor from another in these statistics.
- No advertising, no social pixels. There are no ad networks, no LinkedIn or Facebook pixels and no retargeting. The LinkedIn link in the footer is an ordinary link; LinkedIn sets its cookies only once you are on LinkedIn.
- No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. We do not build a profile of you and do not share browsing data with anyone.
- Our own fonts and video. The typeface and the solutions video are served from bluelink.ws, not from a third-party service.
- Other BlueLink services have their own policies. The Engagement Center and the Help Center are separate services on their own addresses, with their own cookie notices.
Changing your mind is one click away
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow the reCAPTCHA category. “Accept all” allows it; “Essential only” keeps the site to strictly necessary storage; “Manage choices” lets you decide category by category. Nothing optional loads before you have answered.
Withdrawing consent stops reCAPTCHA from loading on your next visit to the contact page. Cookies Google has already set live in your browser, so to remove them use your browser’s settings, where you can view and delete cookies and local storage for any site, including this one. Deleting this site’s data also deletes your saved choice, and the banner will ask again.
If you prefer not to allow reCAPTCHA at all, the contact form cannot be sent, but every other page works exactly the same, and you can write to us at info@bluelink.ws.
Where this policy stands in law
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy rules that apply alongside it, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for may be used without consent, and everything else needs your prior, freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time as easily as you gave it. That is how this site is built: the strictly necessary items above are used on that basis, and Google reCAPTCHA is used only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
The controller for this website is BlueLink Solutions, Salem Al Mubarak Street, 7th Floor, Bahman Tower, Salmiya, Hawalli, Kuwait. For the data you type into the contact form, and for how we handle personal data generally, see our Terms & privacy page.
Where the GDPR or similar law applies to you, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because this website stores no personal data through cookies, these rights mostly concern the messages you send us; write to info@bluelink.ws and we will respond.
If anything changes, you will see it here first
When a cookie or stored value is added, removed or used differently, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. If the change affects what you have consented to, the banner asks for your choice again.
Questions about cookies on this site, or about anything in this policy, are welcome through the BlueLink contact channel or by e-mail at info@bluelink.ws.
